When your mind keeps going, even when you want a break.
You replay something you said, prepare for every possible outcome, or feel responsible for keeping everyone comfortable. Even when nothing is obviously wrong, it can be difficult to settle.
What we can explore
- Worry, rumination, and second-guessing
- People-pleasing and fear of disappointing others
- Feeling disconnected from your body or the present moment
- How anxiety affects work, rest, and relationships
Making room for a different response
We'll look at how worry shows up in your daily life and what you tend to do when it arrives. ACT-informed work can help you notice difficult thoughts without treating every thought as a command. Mindfulness brings attention back to what is happening now. Together, we'll explore actions that fit your values, even when uncertainty is present.
The aim is to find responses that are useful to you, at a pace that feels manageable. Outcomes and timelines vary.
